Got a robocall around 12:40 on 22/08/20, sounded just like the other scams people mentioned - said I was in trouble with hmrc over some debt. I also reported it to [email protected] to let them know.

This person called my old folks and spoke to them in a really disrespectful way, which I thought was quite rude.

Got no clue what that was about, some weird sound came through then they cut off. After reading the other comments, probably best it ended that way.

got a call from a recorded voice claiming to be hmrc, saying they were taking legal action against me. it was from goldsworth park, woking surrey, just around 10 minutes ago. i just hung up straight away. it's really awful, especially now when everyone's already struggling so much. some people must have no heart at all.

There was some strange music playing, then a really odd voice came through.

Got a weird message saying HMRC are gonna take me to court, which really put me off. It said something about a place close to Inverness. Proper rubbish and could easily worry someone.

Someone rang me saying they were from the tax office and told me to press 1 to chat to a police officer. This site definitely needs to be shut down, it’s really dangerous.

Got a call from someone claiming to be HMR, telling me there’s a case against me. They kept saying to press 1 if I wanted to talk to my 'case officer'. Definitely just a bloody scam.
