I received a robotic voice message stating that the HMRC office had been attempting to reach ‘me’ (with no mention of my name) regarding a lawsuit being filed against me. It instructed me to press 1 to speak to a so-called caseworker. It was clearly a scam, so I promptly hung up.

Received a call where I only caught the tail end of a message. It mentioned something about the government intending to take legal action against me. I pressed one to hear more about my case number, but then the call dropped abruptly. What a nuisance!
