They claimed to be calling from O2, but also mentioned working with Three and EE. They told me my SIM card had been deactivated and said they’d send a new one without giving any reason. They started asking for my personal info. When I pressed them to explain why, the woman got quite annoyed and even raised her voice. Then, when I called them a scammer, she just hung up on me.

Someone said they were calling from Sky but it sounded dodgy so I just ended the call.

They said they were from EE but that’s not true at all. Best just to hang up and block the number straight away.

I chose not to pick up since the number was unfamiliar. Reading through the other comments, looks like I handled it alright. Just the usual sad scam call, nothing new.

Got a call from someone pretending to be Sky, saying there was a discount available. When I called them out, they got really rude and nasty, clearly annoyed that their scam wasn’t working on me. Total waste of time.
