I got a call from a call centre that seemed really swamped. The person on the line claimed to be from BT and said there was an issue with my internet. I told them I was with Virgin, not BT (since I've always thought BT’s internet was a bit rubbish). As soon as I said I suspected it was a scam, they just hung up on me. Honestly, these scammers are so dodgy. I’d honestly rather take a punch than get conned like this - such dishonest behaviour.
