Got a call from a lady who said she was from my phone company, but it was just a scam. Definitely a dodgy call.

Got a call that was some kind of automated message saying it was Amazon, telling me there was a dodgy purchase on my account. They wanted me to press 1 to speak with someone, but I ignored it. Seems like it was a scam trying to trick me. Just to be on the safe side, I logged into my Amazon account and everything looked normal.

Got a call at 9 in the morning from a mobile I didn’t know, so I just left it ringing. Since I’m waiting on some test results, I thought they’d leave a voicemail if it was important. Got a call around 11:20 this morning from a polite woman with an Indian accent. There was quite a bit of noise in the background that made me think it was coming from some sort of call centre. I ended up hanging up because it seemed like it might be a scam.
