I got a robotic voice claiming to be from HMRC saying they’ve got my letter back and that they’re gonna start legal proceedings. Didn’t go any further with the call since I was pretty sure it was just a scam.

I picked up and the first thing I heard was a recorded voice claiming there’s a legal case opened against me. I didn’t stick around to hear the whole thing and just ended the call. It’s absolutely a scam, so watch out!

Just got another one of those SCAM calls. Blocking them is pointless since they just ring from different numbers non-stop. What actually helped me loads was letting out a really loud whistle right into the phone. Honestly, it’s worked wonders and I reckon it’s stopped a lot of those scammers from bothering me again. Seems like they’ve taken me off their calling lists or something, haha. Pretty brilliant trick if you ask me! 👌
