Got a robo call claiming to be B.T., saying they were gonna disconnect my internet due to some hacking alert. They asked me to press 1 or 2 but I didn't bother. Sounds like if you do, you get through to someone trying to scam you for your info. Complete scam, watch out.

He claimed his name was Ted, but there was no way with that strong East Indian accent. He said he was from "Citizens Advice." I have used them ages ago, but there's no chance they'd call you suddenly like that, so I just ended the call and blocked the number.

Got a call from this number earlier, there was loads of noise in the background. The guy said he was Alex from some Government Dept, but that wasn’t his real name at all! He asked me something and I said no, then he kept asking why I said no. When I explained, he called me daft and just ended the call. Proper rude!

Got a call from 075260147195 earlier. When I mentioned I was struggling to catch the bloke’s accent, he called me an idiot for not understanding English and just slammed the phone down! I got a call from a guy with an accent while I was in a noisy place. He asked for me using my full name and when I answered, he said he was Kevin from some Citizen Advice group and mentioned my unpaid debts that I’m apparently paying off. When I asked where he got that info from, he just started rambling about credit cards and then suddenly ended the call when I stayed quiet.

Received a call from a bloke with a strange accent who said he was from some credit checking team. He knew my name but messed up the pronunciation badly. I told him I don’t owe anything and asked where he got my details. When I mentioned I’d ring the police, he just called me a liar! I ended the call immediately and blocked him. I got a call from a woman with a foreign accent saying she was from Citizens Advice about some creditors I supposedly had. I don’t owe anyone anything. It all felt fishy, especially since CAB wouldn’t randomly ring you on a number that looked like a mobile. Plus, her English was terrible and she couldn’t even say my name right. I ended the call and blocked the number straight away. Don’t waste your time chatting with these lot - they’re obviously con artists who should be locked up!

This bloke said he was from some cab company and told me I'd be gettin a letter about a court case for a county court judgement against me. I said, "Alright then," even though I’ve got no debts at all. He started calling me stupid and kept saying I had to go to court. I told him I’d wait for the paperwork. Then he said he’d email me, and weirdly, he already had my email and my home address, which freaked me out a bit.

Then suddenly, they rang me 27 times in just 15 minutes, but I just kept hanging up. Now I’m trying to contact the real CAB to let them know what’s going on.
