He rang me once more despite me asking him to stop. The caller had an African accent and suddenly asked if I’d been involved in an accident.

Received a couple of calls from some Asian sounding people claiming to be from a UK Claims outfit asking if I’d been in an accident. When I asked what business it was of theirs, they said it was about claiming compensation. I told them if I’d been hurt, I’d see a solicitor. Then I asked for their phone number and all I got was “100”. I pointed out that wasn’t a real number and they just hung up. Honestly, these scammers are proper daft. They should at least stop their mobile numbers from showing up on caller ID. Absolute jokes, these Asian scam callers.

Got a call from some accident claims people out of the blue. I said I didn't want to talk about my accident, and then the bloke started swearing and told me to go shove it and that I should drop dead or something. No clue who they were, but considering my mum's already passed, I don't think I'll be able to oblige their lovely suggestion any time soon.

Had a load of calls from this U.K. Claims lot, like over 150 times now. Every time I told them I’d report them, the bloke just laughed. When I asked to be taken off their list, he went mental, saying my mum was on his case, then started making filthy noises and swearing at me. On some calls, they just hang up as soon as I pick up, or launch into proper rude abuse. It’s a total scam, really disgusting. Honestly, the state of things nowadays is shocking.

Got loads of calls from someone with an Asian accent saying they were from a claims agency linked to a firm I’d rung the night before. I wouldn’t share any details and they couldn’t answer my questions properly. I let my solicitor know straight away, and they said it’s a known problem they’re looking into. If you get calls like this, don’t give out any info or try to answer their questions. When dealing with a real company, always report suspicious calls. I also set a password with the firm to confirm their identity when they get in touch.
