First, I got a robo call with a woman's voice saying there's some crime linked to my National Insurance number. After that, it switched me over to a call centre - you could hear noise in the back. They tried to get my personal info to "verify" me before talking further. They asked me to confirm my full name, NI number and date of birth. I asked why I'd got the call and what it was about, but the guy was pretty rude and couldn't really explain anything, just kept saying he had to check my details for security and he's a lawyer. I ended up hanging up.
