i'm pretty sure it was one of those ppi scam calls. they kept ringing me loads of times but i ignored them all. then my granddaughter got involved and sent a letter off for me. i'm 62 and honestly quite stressed out about what might happen next. how can they be so rude? they’re just awful. thanks for your help though, really appreciate it. btw, when i tried calling their number from my landline, it didn’t even exist. could someone advise me on what to do?

Got this text from what looked like a PPI scam, claiming they knew the exact amount I was owed. They wanted me to send my address or just reply to stop the messages. Didn’t bother replying or sending anything. Just deleted it straight away.

Received a call about personal injury, but it was defo a dodgy scam, not legit at all.

I got a text about some PPI deadline, saying they had tried to reach me and to get back to them, but I'm pretty sure it’s all a con. Don’t bother replying to anything like that, it’s definitely dodgy!

dont fall for this ppi claim, its just a scam. ignore any calls from them.

Got a text that said something like, “Urgent! We’ve been tryin’ to reach you about your PPI claim. We now know how much you owe. Reply ‘post’ to get your pack or send ‘end’ to opt out.” I reckon it’s just one of those dodgy PPI scams, so I didn’t bother replying.
