Hi, I got this message from someone called INGENIOUS LEGAL claiming I could claim up to £10,000 if I'd owned a Mercedes from 2008 to 2019 or a Vauxhall between 2014 and 2019. It wasn’t even addressed to me by name, just “Dear Johan” which isn’t me. The text included a link to apply or said to reply ‘Stop’ to opt out. Feels a bit dodgy to me!

Got a call asking if I'd ever had a Vauxhall or a Mercedes, then sent a link to click on. The message ended with a sign-off from "Ingenious Legal". I looked them up online and found a bunch of reviews that seemed to be about the same outfit here: https://www.facebook.com/ingeniouslegal/reviews
