Got two missed calls from this number and I'm here in Croatia. Weird!

I got a call the other day from a bloke who knew my name, asking if I was interested in putting money into some financial scheme. Problem is, I never gave them any details or signed up for anything. When I asked why they were calling from a UK number, seeing as I’m in Croatia and he sounded local too, he said their firm is based there. I told him I wasn’t interested and he just ended the call. Feels like a dodgy scam to me.

They called, asking straight for me by name. I wanted to know who was on the line and when they said it was because I’d supposedly registered for more info, I questioned what sort of investment I was after. Then I asked where exactly I’d signed up and right after that, they just cut off the call and haven't gotten back to me since (that was yesterday). Felt pretty dodgy to me.
