Absolutely right. It’s nothing more than a dodgy scam message that reads like this:

"Banks are issuing refunds to customers who’ve been charged fees for their packaged accounts. To claim your refund, respond with BANK or reply STOP to opt out."

Let me tell you, do NOT engage with either option as they'll just bombard you with calls and texts incessantly.

Just steer clear of these fraudulent outfits (like PPI claims or debt relief companies and such).
