Totally agree. This message is just a scam and it goes like this:

"Banks are currently refunding customers who've been charged monthly fees on packaged accounts, reply BANK to claim your refund or STOP to opt out"

Whatever you do, DO NOT respond with either option or they’ll keep ringing and texting non-stop.

Just ignore these dodgy firms (PPI Claims, Debt help and so on).
