Looks like another dodgy PPI style scam, tricky how they use a question mark though it feels like they’re stating a fact. Pretty sneaky move.

Looks proper dodgy, like one of those phishing scams. If you reply PACK, they’ll probably know your number’s legit and spam you even more. Sounds like a trick to get you hooked in or ringin’ them.
