Got a call from some bloke asking why they shouldn’t bother ringing me again. He went on about how I seemed clever and kept asking my IQ. Said they’d keep phoning until I gave them a decent answer. I just told them to do one quite firmly, then blocked the number. Best to just ignore and be done with it.

So this person rang me up, going on about earning cash online with their full support, but wanted a cut of 10% of the profits. Then they asked for my credit card info to set up an account that "only cost one penny." I just ended the call straight away - best to avoid that kind of rubbish.

This number rang me again, second time now. This time, some rude bloke with an Irish accent called me by my first name straight away (not a great beginning) and went on about some investment thing he reckoned I was keen on. When I cut him off to say I hadn't a clue what he was on about, he sounded a bit annoyed. Before I could hang up, he’d already ended the call.

Guess who rang? Some lazy muppet, probably the kind of numpty who’s only managed to land a gig as a cold call telesales drone - everyone knows that’s the go-to job for the daftest weirdos out there. And you won’t believe it, this sweaty bloke can't even handle that right. All he does is mark calls as no answer and just counts ’em up before stuffing more greasy pizza into his gob. I reckon his mum, probably just as daft, should sell off his Xbox and splash the cash on some skimpy knickers to wow the local blokes at the pub. What a berk!

When I picked up, there was no one on the line - just some weird background sounds like from a call centre or an office. They ring every now and then but with long gaps, so I keep forgetting not to pick up. I’m staying clear of that number now, but do whatever feels right to you. Have a good one, folks! :)

These days I just let most calls go to voicemail since nearly all of them turn out to be salespeople or scams. When I saw it was a mobile number, I thought I’d ring back in case it was someone I actually knew. Wouldn’t bother if I were you! Nothing seems to come of it though, but I guess they might see you called back? Bit sketchy if you ask me.

Weird one! I picked up this number and the call just dropped straight away. After checking out what everyone else said here, I didn’t bother ringing back. Seems like one of those scams where they disconnect as soon as you answer, probably trying to mess you about. Be careful with this one!
