I'm pretty sure this was a scammer. I got a recorded message saying they were from my internet company but never gave their actual name or mine. Then they claimed I was going to get cut off because of some illegal internet stuff and told me to call back. No way am I falling for that!

Just search for ‘action fraud’, find the ‘police.uk’ website, then press the ‘reporting’ tab along the top menu.
