Got a message from someone named Sarah saying she’d had a fall and needed some help. I asked which Sarah, and she said Sarah T. Tried ringing back but no luck getting through.

I've had the exact same experience. They try to trick you into buying and sending them top-up voucher codes. It's frustrating because I haven't been able to find any proper way to report these scams.

Got a text on my phone and saw a few people already checked the number out. Someone claiming to be Sarah said she's at the hospital after a fall. Asked if I can help her but when I asked who was this, they just said Sarah T. No idea who she is.
