Got a call from a number I didn’t know. Normally I don’t pick up if it’s not saved but looked it up online first. From what I saw, it looks like one of those annoying cold calls or a possible scam.

They claimed to be from the gas and electricity supplier. I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call. A few minutes later, they called back asking to speak to the business owner. I said not to call again and just ended it.

Got a call from some company saying I'd been in a car crash. When I asked who they were and how they got my number, they fumbled for answers and just said they were based in London. Hang ups and now I've blocked them.

Got a call from some insurance lot about an accident I supposedly had in the past three years which wasn’t even my fault. Told them to stop ringing and blocked the number. It’s so frustrating how these companies keep managing to get my phone number even though I try everything to stop them!!!

I seem to be plagued by incessant calls from this lot-sometimes as often as two to five times daily! They claim to be some sort of advisors wanting to discuss a car accident that I'm apparently involved in. I've lost count of how many times I've requested them to cease their incessant calling and to remove my personal information from whatever database they’re using. Yet, here we are, they persist! It's utterly maddening, and to make matters worse, I can't even block the number since they keep switching it up.

Got a missed call from this number. Tried calling back but just got a message saying 'the number you have dialled is not recognised'. So yeah, ended up blocking the number completely.

Wow, got a call from this number earlier today - a woman said she was ringing from Sigma Advice Company. It sounded a bit robotic when I asked her stuff, she took a moment to reply and her answers didn’t really make sense with what I asked. She started talking about me being in a car accident that wasn’t my fault, which definitely wasn’t true. I was gonna keep her on the phone longer to get more info and report her but she just hung up. I've blocked the number now.

Someone just called me saying they had legal advice for me. The line was really bad though. Be careful with mobile numbers that seem to be one digit short, it’s dodgy.

My phone went off for a split second then connected before I could pick up! It seemed like someone was attempting to get through but once I hung up, I saw a weird number on my screen - it was missing one digit from a normal mobile number and had the sequence 4234567 in it? Reckon I might be slapped with a hefty charge just for that quick call.
