I got a text supposedly from Halifax saying I needed to confirm a payment to someone called M Khamil - which I definitely didn’t do. It asked me to click a link if I wanted to cancel it. Seemed dodgy right away.

Got a call saying it was from Halifax about confirming a payment. Not sure Halifax would ever ring you on a mobile for something like that, seems suspicious to me.
