Got a ring from this number, the voice on the other end sounded Asian and was speaking as if they were far away. It was really hard to catch what they were saying, but I did hear something about a 30% BT phone deal. I couldn't tell if it was a price reduction or a hike. I asked them to talk more clearly and questioned why BT would give me any special offer when I don’t even have their services. After that, the line just went dead and I didn’t get the chance to push back or ask more questions.
