I recently extended my mobile contract with 3, and out of the blue, I got a phone call from this number claiming to be 3UK. They said they couldn’t process my payment and asked for my bank info. I’ve been with 3 for ages and they've never asked for anything like that before, especially since I have a direct debit set up. Also, my online 3 account shows no issues at all. Just a heads up to watch out for this number!
