Today, I had a really odd phone call from a lady with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT's support team. She said she wanted to talk about my awful internet service. Something felt off right away, and I knew it was dodgy, especially when she started asking for my private details without any proper reason. Definitely a scam in my book.
