I got a call that my phone flagged, and the caller said something like, ‘Could you add me on WhatsApp?’ from the get-go, I found it pretty suspicious. When I searched the number on WhatsApp, the profile popped up as "Eartha" with a picture of a woman in a wedding gown, which honestly looked like some computer-generated image. Plus, there was this fake-looking recruitment award badge on the profile. All signs point to a scam, so I just blocked the number straight away.
