I got a call from this number and it was some automated voice that sounded American. It said it was from HMRC and warned me about a letter supposedly sent to me, saying I had to act right away or face prosecution. They then wanted me to press a button on my phone, which I didn’t do, and I just ended the call. Since I haven’t had any contact from HMRC myself, I’m pretty sure this is just a scam.
