So I got this call from someone called Jenny, sounded like one of those dodgy call centres from India or something. She claimed to be from Sky, telling me my warranty was up. I told her I’d only recently renewed my contract with them, so surely they’d have informed me if that was true. She then started yelling that she never said that, so I just ended the call there.
