I told him straight up that I didn’t need any help from a consultancy. Then out of nowhere he goes “we’ll refer this for a CCJ,” and just hangs up on me! Didn’t even get a word in. We don’t owe any money to anyone, so I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. We’ve had a few calls from similar companies before, but this is the first time someone’s just cut me off like that.
