My wife received a rather concerning automated call from this number, indicating there was an issue with her NHS number. They insisted that if she didn't press 1 to connect with an administrator to resolve the matter, she could face legal repercussions. Oddly enough, the message mentioned complications in the South Wales region. What’s even more peculiar is that just the previous day, she had submitted an application to renew her driving licence, during which she had to provide her NHS number-her first instance of entering it online. Additionally, considering that the DVLA is based in Swansea, it raises eyebrows further. She had used the official Gov.uk site for processing her licence renewal, so this whole situation seems rather suspicious.
