He was going on about mortgages and releasing equity, but I told him straight up I don’t have a mortgage. He kept pushing, asking if I wanted cash released, and I said no thanks. Then he kept asking when he could ring back, but I told him I'd rather not and that I wasn’t interested. The guy just wouldn’t take no for an answer, so eventually I hung up.
