Got a call from this number, answered it, but all I got was silence for about 20 seconds before they just ended the call. It was from the Norwich area.

Somebody rang me, said who they were, so I asked if I was meant to get the call and where they were calling from. They answered saying they were from a "financial company" and told me not to ring them again before hanging up. They've been quite rude in the past too. Then, a short while later, I got another call from a London number, but I ignored it.

Got two calls from this number, both times there was just silence for a bit before it dropped the call. Pretty weird.

Got called again today, but this one actually spoke. He claimed to be from some call blocking company, saying he'd help stop unwanted telemarketing calls and update my blocking settings overall. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
