Got this text from someone starting with "Hey" and using my name. It said something like, "here's the files we talked about, make sure you keep it on the down low, not many people are aware." Then there was a link that looked like it was from Wetransfer.

I got the exact same message, looks like a total scam to me.

Got a text that looked fishy, something like: "Hello, here’s the stuff we talked about, just between us, eyes only!: [#]wetranser-file-download[###]/accounts". Pretty sure it’s some sort of scam or trying to sneak malware in. Watch out if you get messages like that!

Got a text with my name on it saying something about files we talked about before. Quite weird to get that out of the blue.

Got a message that said something like, "Hey (my name), here’s the stuff we talked about, keep it just between us, for your eyes only!" Then there was a link to a wetransfer. Didn’t click on it, felt dodgy straight away. Pretty sure it was a scam.
