They rang but only for about 10 seconds, so I didn’t get a chance to pick up as I was tied up with something.

I received a phone call from someone who insisted they were reaching out about a survey I’d supposedly completed. To be frank, that’s utter nonsense! I’ve never participated in any surveys or questionnaires via phone. I firmly believe in safeguarding my personal information and would never disclose such details to unknown callers.

It’s happened a few times now, the call just stops before I can pick up. Not sure, but I reckon it’s probably some kind of spam.

These calls are definitely scams, so best thing is to just ignore and block the number straight away. After that, try reporting the number on all the sites you can find like this one. Also post about it on social media, let your mates on Facebook or wherever know what's going on so they can watch out too. Sometimes if you don’t pick up, they’ll try calling again from a number that looks almost the same. If you can, track down where they’re based and mess with them a bit. Maybe send loads of texts to their number to make it pointless for them to use.

got three calls from this number but not a single word, just ended quickly each time. pretty obvious it’s some robocall or those annoying call centre things. i’m just going to block it like i do with most of these kinds of calls.

I apparently answered some random survey thing recently, but I never usually bother with these unless it’s something from the government or official. No clue how they got hold of my info in the first place.

Today ive had a couple calls from this number. The first time i said i hadn’t changed anything on my PC and they just hung up. Later, the same number rang telling me my computer was full of viruses but i’m literally sitting here in front of it. So i told them if they call again, i’ll be reporting them to the police and then i ended the call.
