Got a call the other day from this number, turns out it was someone about a cruise booking problem. Weird thing is, it wasn’t the actual travel agency ringing me up, but a third party trying to sort some issues out. This morning, I got four texts all saying something like OSTERLEY SIREN TEST. It was a Sky SIREN emergency alert trial. They asked me to reply to say I’d got it, either by texting “1” if I understood why they were doing the test or “2” if I wanted more info about the SIREN thing. Got a weird text out of nowhere, something like "Modern Slavery Journey 45444 15-02-2024". They said there’s a trip planned from London to Dover, about 80 miles, around 2 hours 10 mins. Mentioned a Vietnamese guy who apparently doesn’t speak English well or something along those lines. The message ended with the name "Shabbir Khayer" and gave options to reply for "help" with that human. Seemed fishy to me. Blocked and reported straight away!

Got a couple of messages off this number in less than a day claiming it was about an NHS111 call I supposedly made. The texts had links, and it really seems like a scam trying to phish info. Honestly, I wouldn’t respond or click on anything if I were you. One of the texts said something like: ‘You recently got in touch with NHS 111, please share your feedback through our trusted partner iWantGreatCare http://an.iwgc.link/45jlv. Text STOP to unsubscribe.’ Best to just ignore it.

I’m employed at an international firm and we got a message from this number as a kind of alert for staff. It boggles my mind why they chose to send it from a hidden number though, because I wasn’t about to click any reply link they included (most of my coworkers felt the same).
