Picked up the phone and a woman claimed she was from Amazon, saying there was an iPhone 13 linked to my account and asked if I wanted to place an order. I told her I wasn’t interested in any iPhones. Then I asked how they got my number; she said it was saved on my Amazon account and actually read out my phone number to me. She kept trying to get me to confirm the iPhone order. I explained that Amazon never calls customers directly, which seemed to confuse her, and then she just abruptly ended the call.
