Got a call from someone claiming to be Sky Broadband, said they had to check my laptop and do some tests. Then they tried to sweeten the deal with a credit. Next thing they wanted me to log into my online bank, which I wasn't comfortable with. When I said no, they started shouting and ended up locking my laptop. Proper scam!
