Verso Group can be a nightmare, honestly. I'd suggest going to their website [#][#]versogroup[###]/contact-us.html and putting in a formal complaint. Make sure to warn them you'll take things up with the regulator if they don't sort it out. Also, don't forget to let Gamma Telecom, who supply their service, know what's going on. We need to get these muppets closed down for good!

Just today I’ve ended up blocking about 4 different numbers I didn’t know, this one was part of that lot. I looked into each one and turns out they’re all dodgy calls trying to scam me. So yeah, I’ve put them all on the block list now. If I don’t know the number and they don’t bother leaving a message, they get the block straight away. Easy as that.

I got a call from this bloke with a really thick accent, sounded proper annoyed when I told him to speak slower and repeat himself. I just wanted to find out who it was and tell him I’m not interested. They’ve been ringing me like 3 to 4 times daily, so I asked him nicely to stop calling. I keep getting calls from numbers I don’t recognise. Usually, I just let them ring out, but I picked up this one time and it was a Asian woman doing some kind of survey. She was asking loads of questions, but her accent was really hard to follow. She wanted to know if I own my house, what brand my TV is, if I have a dishwasher and its make, and she even knew my postcode and address.
