I just ended the call immediately.

Got a call from what sounded like a call centre, saying my delivery couldn't go through unless I paid £99 to resend it. I only have a few chocolates on the way and Royal Mail already sent me a text saying they'll deliver today. Definitely a scam, so I just blocked the number.
