The person on the phone had an accent and I could hardly catch what she was saying. She claimed someone had hacked my Amazon account and bought an iPhone 7 without my permission. She asked me to confirm if that was right and if I wanted to cancel the order. Strangely, she never told me her name and kept asking if I was using an Apple or Android phone. When I told her I thought she was trying to scam me, she got really offended. I just ended the call after that.
