Received a message from this number claiming they'd posted me a new Monzo card via Royal Mail. They included a link to click if I hadn't requested a new card. Just a heads up, don't press that link - it’s definitely a scam!

He was going on about some massive discount for a whole year, so I just let him talk. When he eventually asked for my card details, I slowly counted to 10 in my head before telling him exactly what I thought. I braced myself for him to lose his temper, but to my surprise, he just ended the call. Had a noticeable Asian accent.

I answered the call but nobody said a word. The line just stayed open and silent for nearly 5 minutes before hanging up. Really annoying and uncalled for, felt like a pointless hassle. They honestly deserve a good slap on the wrist for being so careless and upsetting folks like this.
