Got a call from someone saying they were from EE, and they wanted my email to verify my identity. They did send me an email that looked like it was really from EE, but the phone showed the caller ID as suspected spam. I didn't feel comfortable and thought I should tell EE about it.

Got a weird call from this number earlier. I picked up since the number seemed legit and it showed as being from somewhere in the UK (normally I can tell if it’s a telemarketer if I can spot the area). When I said “Hello?”, there was just silence on the other end. Then they just cut the call after about 11 seconds. Proper odd!

I got a call from this number a bit ago. The lady said hi and told me her name was Gail from EE, then asked how I was doing. I told her I'm alright, thanks, and then the call just dropped. Honestly, it doesn’t sit right with me. Now I’m worried it might be one of those scams where they record your voice or something.
