I received a call from this number, and the person on the other end claimed I had unclaimed PPI funds amounting to £7138. They offered to transfer this money directly to my bank account. It's quite alarming! I've never even made a PPI claim before... Definitely a dodgy number! Best to steer clear of it!

Today at about 2:55pm, I saw a call from an unknown number and decided not to answer it. They never left a voicemail or anything. Later, I looked the number up here and, just like others have said, it turns out to be another one of those scammers or people just mucking around, probably from that part of India. Typical time-wasting stuff.

I got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying my PPI claim went through and that I needed to set up an account with Starling Bank so he could send me a cheque for £6,000. When I started asking loads of questions, he suddenly got quite hostile and just ended the call. Definitely a scam, so watch out!

Got a call from someone saying they were with UK Reclaim, telling me I’d won over six grand for a PPI claim I never even put in. Pretty clear it was a scam, so I called them out on it and they just hung up straight away. Now I’m blocking the number for good.

Got a call earlier from some bloke saying I’d won £6700 from a PPI claim. Thing is, I’ve never even claimed on PPI before, so I knew right off it was dodgy. He kept insisting I’d made the claim five years ago, which is total rubbish. He then claimed to have my details in front of him, so I asked what they were. He rattled off an address just one door down from mine, plus my postcode, which he probably nicked from online somewhere. I kept grilling him, and you could tell he was losing patience with his own scam. Eventually, I just told him to jog on and ended the call.

Got a call from this number saying I did a PPI Claim on 13th March this year. I was actually in hospital all week for surgery, so the nurse picked up while I was in the operation room. I use loads of apps on my phone to block scammy calls, but somehow this one still got through.
