Got a call from this number saying they were my landlord. They came up with a tale about needing entry to get forms signed for a gas safety check, which sounded off since those forms get signed during the inspection anyway. Then they kept coming up with different excuses to get access, finally saying they needed to check if I required a new kitchen or bathroom. Honestly, something about it felt dodgy, not sure what their game is. Just a heads up to stay cautious.
