When I picked up, all I heard was nothing. I’ve now blocked the number, so that’s sorted. Just a bunch of time wasters, really.

I attempted to discuss the problems concerning my home, which is council-owned, mind you. When I inquired about the details in the report relating to these issues, her vague response was something along the lines of, “you might possibly have damp, mould, or a leak.” To which I shot back, “Why don’t you clarify what exactly is wrong with my property, and then perhaps we can have a proper chat?” At that point, she abruptly hung up. It was clear she wasn't too pleased that I wasn't gullible enough to swallow her nonsense (some details are a bit hazy, of course), and I certainly wouldn’t fall for her flimsy excuses!
