Beware, this chap is definitely a smooth-talking scam artist! He spins a tale about being stuck on an oil rig in Dubai, claiming to have trouble accessing his online bank account. He then tries to persuade you to log in on his behalf. Alarmingly, he also instructs you to reach out via email for an invoice. I wisely ignored his requests. After conducting a reverse image search, I can confirm that the pictures he sends aren’t his-belonging to someone entirely different. And his mobile number? Total scam; it’s a dead end when you try to call it. Regrettably, it appears that some folks have fallen for his ruse and ended up transferring funds. Stay vigilant!

This bloke attempted to persuade me to access his bank account and then asked if I could shoot an email on his behalf. Unfortunately for him, I had no intention of complying!

Regrettably, I found myself caught up in a rather dubious situation, directly accessing "his" bank account. I even managed to make a transfer and sent out an email! It turns out, the account was nothing but a ruse to exploit my kindness. This individual then attempted to convince me to transfer funds from the UK to my account in Germany, with the expectation that I'd relay it onward to destinations further afield in the East. To top it off, he was trying to get me to purchase gift cards! Thankfully, I had the sense to refrain from the last two requests. Is there truly no way to put a stop to this chap before he ensnares anyone else?
