Got a text supposedly from ‘Royal Mail’ saying they couldn’t deliver a parcel on 14/4/21, and asking me to pay and arrange another delivery. The message looked like it came from Royal Mail with tracking details and a code given. But the code didn’t match what I’d seen on the actual Royal Mail email I received earlier, plus I hadn’t got any new emails about a failed delivery.
