what do you reckon counts as a scam? really curious here. if you claim through your insurance, they end up taking like 80% of the payout, and your premium might shoot up heaps. so how would a scam even work without any bank info?

You lot are nothing but con artists. Why won’t you even share your actual company contact info? Folks can easily deal with their compensation claims through their own insurers, fair and square. Honestly, do us all a favour and buzz off with this nonsense. Maybe try getting a real job, because no one’s falling for this rubbish.

funny how some folks on here tell us to get a proper job. we actually do work and assist those caught up in car accidents. i suppose you’d rather see us all unemployed and claiming benefits? telling others to find a real job yet you manage to find the time to type out a comment. thankfully most people we deal with are polite and well-mannered adults.

just ignore this number. they said ‘I'm calling about your recent accident’ like what even? they seriously need to find proper work instead of pestering folks. block straight away and don’t believe the good reviews, it’s obviously just more of these sad cold callers playing tricks on people. it’s disgusting how they try to frighten innocent people who don’t know any better.

i get calls from telemarketers all the time and its so bloody irritating, i totally get that. but ive found that if you just stay calm and polite with them, even if they get on your nerves, they usually put you on their do not call list since you’re no use to them. but if you act rude or just hang up, they just keep calling. i was only on the phone with these people for like 40 seconds - answered a few simple questions, said thanks and goodbye. now i get way less calls than before. just be a bit patient, even if they’re annoying. it won’t hurt.

Total muppets phoning me up about some crash I wasn’t involved in. They wouldn’t give me any details till I confirmed my info with them. I played along for a bit, pretending to recall when I last had an accident. Eventually, I ‘remembered’ it was when I was five - there was a massive spider in the bathroom and I was too scared to go in! Guess they didn’t get my joke at all :(

This guy called me asking about a car crash from last year, even tho I don’t even have a driving licence. When I asked how he got my number, he got all defensive and said I sounded rude or something. He’s not calling me back, thats for sure. Also, those dozen reviews posted all on the same day? Totally fishy, probably fake from the company themselves. Would seriously stay well clear of these lot!

Got a call about some accident I supposedly was in, but I heard swearing in the background the whole time. I’ve never even been in a car crash! Plus, they were ringing from mobile numbers which felt a bit dodgy. Seemed really fishy and sketchy to me. Wouldn’t trust them with any of my details.

Got a ring from this number earlier. They only asked for me by my first name which seemed a bit strange! Normally, companies use Mr, Mrs, or Miss and your surname, not just “Is this Ruth or Mike?” They said something about a claim but I haven't actually put one in.

Got a call from them this morning, not sure why people think it’s alright to call random callers idiots. Everyone’s working to make a living, and i’m pretty sure some of you have less pleasant jobs than these callers. If you’re not keen, just don’t pick up, simple as!

I’d honestly suggest steering clear of this company. As someone who's been on the receiving end of their annoying cold calls more than once, I can say at first they only had basic info: my name, address, phone number, and postcode. Then, the solicitor Jigsaw gave me pretty much brushed off my case, so I kinda gave up. Plus, when I got calls from this number twice, one bloke called Lance and another guy, both just ended up hanging up on me. Not sure what they were playing at really.

I ended up giving them all the details they asked for, and then they connected me to a “legal team” who checked everything out and passed me on to a law firm. That firm has now taken my case and is working on getting me the compensation that Jigsaw had turned down before. Even tho I’m not a fan of cold callers, these lot really do help you get what you’re owed. I can’t remember the name of the person who handled me and sent me to the “legal team,” but they were really polite.

Had a ring from some bloke calling himself 'Nathan' saying he was from road traffic UK. Told him straight up it was a scam and he sounded really on edge. I've never been in any accident, yet he kept asking about where the 'crash' happened and stuff, but he couldn't give me any real answers. He was proper flustered and going all panicky! This number has ringed me a couple times, asking about my husband. They even knew our names which was weird. The bloke claimed my husband had been in a car accident in the past three years. When I said he hadn't, he just told me I was wrong and got really rude. Then he just hung up on me.

I got a call from this number saying it was about a car accident I'd been in the last 2 years! Thing is, I haven’t had any accidents for over 5 years. When I asked them how they got my number, they lied and said it came from my insurance company. I even asked what insurance company they meant and they gave me a totally wrong name. I told them to remove my number from their list or I'd take legal action. Their reply? Just zeros. I'm honestly quite worried - they just kept ringing me loads of times, proper harassing.
