My mum got a call from this number and she reckoned it was about fixing her computer, even though she never mentioned having any issues. She ended up sharing her laptop password with them. She claims she didn’t hand over any bank info, but I’m not completely convinced since she’s gotten a bit defensive about it - especially after she just gave her card details to some “Amazon” looking firm a couple of weeks back, which she’s never dealt with before.
