It only rang for a second before I heard a weird clicking noise. Some bloke with an Indian accent was trying to pass himself off as someone from ‘Three Network’. I just ended the call straight away. I get loads of these sketchy calls from random landlines and mobiles, all sounding like scams to me. I’ve blocked the number and reckon anyone else getting these should do the same and report them like I did here.

I received a call from someone named "James," who had a prominent Indian accent. He claimed to be representing 3 Mobile and suggested he could slash my monthly payments by a whopping 40%. He proceeded to ask a series of questions about my account details. There's something suspicious about this number!

FRAUD ALERT: Got a call from a bloke named James, speaking with a strong Indian accent. Claimed he was ringing on behalf of 3 Mobile, saying they could slash my monthly payments by nearly 40%! He started grilling me about how much my bill usually is and asked for personal info. I figured they’d have all that already on file. I was a bit bored so I just let the convo drag on, but nothing actually came of it. Definitely a scam.
