AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS. I believed I was hiring a local plumber, but they didn't show up when promised and there was no way to reach them directly. I kept getting automated replies after several messages. Eventually, a plumber turned up two hours late, was quite rude and didn't apologise. He claimed it wasn't his fault as he was only assigned the job. The quote I got online was £144, but after finishing, he wanted £236. I only had £230 on me. They seem to target vulnerable people like older women, which I am. Really disappointed and would warn others.

What a total rip off, definitely avoid this company at all costs.

Needed an emergency plumber back in May 2023, and luckily they had 24/7 service. The plumber showed up and did the job just like they said they would.
