Sounds dodgy to me - DVLA saying they’ll give you back money you overpaid - yeah right!! Just deleted the message.

I got a text saying it was from DVLC, telling me I’d paid too much road tax and that they were sorting a refund. Didn’t seem right to me and felt a bit risky to respond to it. Better to be safe than sorry with stuff like that.
