Got a text from this number early this morning, about 2:54 am on 18/9/25, saying it was from the DVLA. It said my payment didn’t go through and to avoid fines, I should update my info on //rebrand.ly/j4h0o20. I haven’t contacted DVLA recently, so I’m pretty sure it’s just another scam.
